The Ovy App is designed to assist individuals in tracking their fertility. By inputting information such as basal body temperature (BBT) and other relevant body signals, the app calculates key factors like ovulation day, fertile window, and next menstrual cycle. The accuracy of predictions improves with the addition of more data. Furthermore, the app offers a pregnancy mode for a post-conception journey.

Supporting the main app is the Ovy Partner App, available on app stores, allowing partners to monitor the user's cycle. Moreover, the Ovy App seamlessly syncs with Apple Health.
